World Elo Ranking
The World Cup in Ankara (TR) has ended. We saw some amazing turns of events.
D.Jaspers is no longer #1 after almost 3 years. The S.Korean, Heo J.H climbed to #1 from #21 when he started the tournament after his magnificent win against the Vietnamese Bao P.V. (who was #7 before the tournament) in the final. Before this final win he beat B.Karakurt (#19), Cho M.W #(23), Seo C.H (#12) in the last 32. In the last 16 he beat D.Jaspers (#1), Tran Q.C (#5) in the Quarter Final and M.Horn (#2) in the Semi Final.
The Vietnamese Bao P.V climbed to #2 showing his abilities and he appears to be in very good form.
Martin Horn (#3) proved his World Class, once again and why he belongs in the elite.
Semih Sidhom (#9) also showed a great performance during the World Cup and looks like he is in good for, as well.
